“El apartamento en si esta muy bien distribuido, los dos lavabos un puntazo, y las vistas preciosas inmejorables, una pena que nos hiciera un poco de mal tiempo algun dia. El conjunto en si del apartamento, muy contentos. | Mejoraria algunas cosas mas de tema estetico que estan en mal estado, como zocalos o la luz de la cocina por ejemplo. Una cosa que si que se tiene que revisar si o si es la cama, se mueve mucho, las patas parece que se vayan a romper. Una cosa negativa es que mandamos un mensaje sobre el funcionamiento de la calefaccion y no nos respondieron.”

“Très bon séjour dans le logement, Nous avons suivi les instructions données par ANANA et la conciergerie ce qui a facilité notre arrivée. Concernant le logement en lui-même, il est fidèle aux photos, rien à dire, les équipements présents facilitent grandement le séjour. Seul bémol à donner à la vaisselle, à notre arrivée, avons remarqué que la majorité des assiettes, couverts, casseroles et poêles étaient gras voir non-lavés pour certaines casseroles (pâtes présentes). Cela n’a pas affecté le séjour pour autant, il en est aussi des anciens locataires qui ne se sont pas senti investis dans la mission de faire la vaisselle, qu’est-ce qui doit en être chez eux… Pour conclure, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la neige était au rendez-vous, la chaleur du logement et la vue aussi, le garage couvert privé est un réel plus pour que la voiture ne s’abîme pas (attention les places de parking ne sont pas larges) !”

“Honestly, a 10/10 experience! When I found this apartment on Booking.com, it seemed perfect for what I was looking for. I wanted to spend three days in the snow with a friend, mainly to disconnect and relax, and I loved the apartment because of the photos, location, and layout. At the time, it's true that some reviews weren't entirely positive, but I decided to take a chance because, honestly, sometimes reviews aren't fair. Well, the truth is, I only have words of gratitude for the service and personalized attention I received from the moment I made the reservation. I've never had such a positive and truly incredible experience with the service and attention I received. They were always available, attentive to whether I needed anything, and interested in organizing activities, restaurants, and leisure options for me. There was even a small problem with a radiator, and they detected it before we arrived and were already fixing it. What's more, they couldn't fix the problem, so they immediately went to buy us a new radiator. An installer came, and we were able to use a huge, powerful radiator for the first time. As for the layout, it's ideal, cozy, and has spectacular views. I had read some complaints about cleanliness, but we found everything perfect, tidy, and clean. We even had a fondue set, a raclette grill, plenty of kitchenware, all kinds of appliances, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, an oven, and a dishwasher. I don't understand some of the reviews I read beforehand; luckily I ignored them because, I repeat, our experience couldn't have been better. I repeat, the personalized attention was excellent at all times, days before the booking, during our stay, and even after I returned home. I have never in my life, and I've traveled a lot, experienced this level of service. I will definitely return because we left absolutely amazed. The value for money is fantastic. Plus, there was everything we needed in the bathroom: shampoo, hair conditioner. In the kitchen: salt, oil, sugar, Nespresso capsules, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning products. I mean, honestly, I wasn't expecting that. I repeat, a perfect 10/10 experience!”
